Creamy Thai Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients:

2 large onions
2 cloves of garlic chopped or crushed
1 tbsp ginger puree
1 tbsp of oil
½ a pumpkin - skinned and cubed
6 cups of boiling water
1 tbsp Thai red curry paste
1 cup of coconut cream
4 tbsp of honey
1 tsp of salt
